Senior User Experience Designer

Salary: $130k + 10% Bonus

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days remote per week)

Our nationally recognized ecommerce client is looking for a

Senior User Experience Designer (Senior Interaction Designer) to join their growing UX Team in their Atlanta, GA office.

This role will only require you to work onsite around 2-days a week - The rest you can work from home!

Here's what you'll be doing:

Delivering comprehensive interactive designs that make complex tasks easier and align with best practices in the market
Rapidly iterating on low-resolution designs, including wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes, that effectively demonstrate testable product concepts
Creating user research test plans and scenarios, conducting independent studies, and analyzing and presenting findings to justify design decisions
Translating user research, market research, and live-site test findings into design solutions that deliver value for our consumers and the business
Facilitating design workshops with development teams to engage them on user needs and UX best practices
Presenting design work to peers and business leaders

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

3+ years of UX Design experience
Experience designing for digital media experiences (web, mobile, apps, etc.) using user-centered design practices
Experience in iterative software delivery methodologies like Agile and SCRUM
Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
