Job Summary: Design/Develop/Maintain customer facing portal(s) to enhance utilization Research/Implement/Document/Maintain cross platform integrations Research/Analyze data to proactively identify improvements (Continuous Service Improvement) Lead process improvement using workflows, business rules, and capabilities Lead Design/Development/Maintenance of Service Catalog Work with support teams and business units to define efficiency needs and taking vision from idea to roadmap and implementation Discover/Map current state and future state processes Maintain and document all system configurations, logs, and work instructions Mentor less experienced team members and assist with issues and questions Responsible for ensuring Peer Review for design, configuration, or development changes being promoted to ensure environment stability is ensured. Responsible for ensuring test plan/test cases for both manual testing, and ATF are in place and maintained. Perform operational/administrative activities as needed May act as backup to ITSM Problem Manager and/or Change Manager roles Job Qualifications: ITIL Foundations certification required. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer certification required Experience: 5+ years of successful ITSM and /or EPM software development experience in ServiceNow. Industry related process design certifications are a plus. 1-2 years development experience within ServiceNow's Automated Testing Framework (ATF) Strong JavaScript development experience Strong familiarity with SaaS and Cloud technologies Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations Strong familiarity with networking technologies Proficient in database technologies, specifically Microsoft SQL Strong familiarity with Active Directory, Okta, and Azure Proven ability to maintain ServiceNow "good" practices Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimum supervision Thanks and Regards Renuka Addala Talent Acquisition Specialist Phone: | Ext: 136
