Team Supervision and DevelopmentSupervise and lead production and warehouse staff during the night shift, maintaining high productivity and accuracy.Provide on-the-job training and guidance to night shift team members to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.Monitor team performance, deliver feedback, and take corrective actions as needed to maintain efficiency during overnight operations.Foster a collaborative and positive nighttime work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication among staff. 3.
