SHOP FORMAN - High End Cabinetry

We are a high-end custom cabinet shop looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our production team. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows fine cabinetry, can read and interpret detailed drawings, and can coordinate talented craftsmen to deliver top-tier work.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations in the shop

Read and interpret architectural plans, shop drawings, and cut lists

Plan, coordinate, and oversee fabrication of complex, high-end residential and commercial cabinetry

Work closely with existing shop staff to schedule workflow and meet deadlines

Ensure quality control, accuracy, and craftsmanship on every project

Assist with problem-solving on difficult builds and installations

Promote a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

Requirements

Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or Lead Cabinetmaker in a custom cabinet shop

Strong ability to read and understand prints, detailed drawings, and specifications

Demonstrated experience with high-end residential and commercial cabinetry

Hands-on fabrication skills with complex, custom projects

Ability to lead, train, and communicate clearly with a team

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Pay & Schedule

Pay: Commensurate with experience and capabilities

Schedule:

o Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

o Fridays off

Start Date: Immediate / as soon as possible
