The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media marketing, possess creative flair, and demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with audiences and drive meaningful interactions.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for clients.
Create engaging and compelling content tailored to each platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, posting schedules, community management, and monitoring of comments/messages.
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in social media marketing.
In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement.
Proficiency in content creation and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience working in an agency setting is a plus.
