Robert Half is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect local to Atlanta, Georgia. As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing subject-matter expertise on the latest digital technologies across a global organization. To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth understanding of the SDLC to translate product capabilities and infrastructure to customers and IT teams. What you get to do everyday:- Develop cross-product frameworks and best practices, and design, establish, and maintain technical architecture standards
- Create, design, and document solutions to product specifications for shared capabilities throughout the architecture
- Mentor developers by providing technical and non-technical help and oversight
- Support Sales Executives in their understanding and delivery of product
- Support product release planning and assess feature viability/effort
- Work with the product team to understand requirements and create functionality specifications
- Oversee the deployment of alpha and beta releases during the stabilization of new product development
- Assist in writing the technical section of functional specifications for new product development
- Define and evolve development standards, guidelines, procedures, processes, and metrics
- Facilitate code reviews, calling out best practices and steps for increased stability and capability
- Complete other related duties as assigned by management
- Fundamental knowledge and hands-on experience in key software technologies JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, Python, CI/CD, etc.
- Complete understanding of the software development life cycle, from a customer, needs to product release, is essential
- Pre-Sales or Consulting background in IoT and Cloud Space
- Strong experience in driving process standardization and driving process change across teams
