Opportunity:The candidate will be responsible for E2E cloud core

engineering from design, build, launch & operation.Work closely with

teams on understanding their legacy application architecture and build a

green field foundation/framework.The candidate will be responsible for

cloud platform engineering and operations for the cloud containerization

platform.This position is also responsible for leading the cloud-native

application team to manage a highly reliable, scalable, and available

containerization platform.Able to manage multiple SDLC/PDLC programs

from a DevOps architectural perspective by streamlining DevOps practices

and translating them into reference architecture for DevOps (CI/CD) and

automation components.Deliver technically sound projects across one /

multiple customers within the guidelines of the customer and UST

standards and normsDeliver technically complex DevSecOps solutionsDefine

architecture for large engagements and act as its design authorityDesign

solutions involving multiple tech components using DevOps tech stack

after scoping client requirements for large engagementsDevise a

mechanism by assessing system architecture and implementing a DevOps

roadmapIdentify and institutionalize DevOps best practices across

multiple accounts and manage multiple customers and architectsGuide and

review technical delivery by internal teams at the program

levelUnderstand the existing customer landscape; assess DevOps maturity

level and come up with a roadmapProvide support to various Project

Managers to identify the training needs of the teamConduct

training/certifications with the help of Gama and mentoring with respect

to technical skills on projectsSupport technical evaluation of external

and internal candidates to meet project requirementsPerform career

guidance and performance management for team membersDevelop collaterals

for proposalsConduct workshops at the client site to assist the sales
