Splunk Engineer for our client in Atlanta, GAJob Title: Splunk EngineerJob Location: Atlanta, GAJob Type: ContractJob Description:Responsibilities:- Operational activities to support logging data onboarding, normalization, troubleshooting.
- Rendering insights from onboarded data to produce Alerts, Dashboards, and Reports.
- Balance project and Service Now Queue work in a fun, dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with SPLUNK in ALL of the following areas.
- Deployment Server Administration via CLI.
- UF/HF Troubleshooting and installation for Linux/Windows.
- Data onboarding within a large-scale Enterprise environment.
- Splunk Knowledge Object troubleshooting/provisioning.
- Advanced Splunk Programming Language (SPL) experience to work with multiple large data sets on complex solutions.
- Strong network and Linux experience within an enterprise environment.
- Splunk Certified Admin.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide a quick resolution to problems.
- Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Splunk Cloud / Splunk Enterprise / Splunk Enterprise Security (SIEM).
- New Relic, Cribl, and more.
- GitHub, Python, Ansible, Terraform.
- RedHat Linux, Windows Server, F5 Load Balancers, Cisco Networks, AWS, Azure.
