• The Sr. Data Strategy Analyst will leverage best practices to create holistic insights to inform strategies and drivers of in-market performance.
• Build and maintain Performance Management Dashboards and Tools.
• Execute ad hoc analyses, reports, insights and conclusions.
• Act as an SME across data sources such as Healthgrades, NRC, Sprinklr, SweetIQ, Google Analytics and Claims reporting.
• Be a liaison with Brand Strategy & Consumer Engagement teams to appropriately leverage suite of analytical tools and manage relationships with key partners and external vendors.
• Brings an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset in a rapidly growing marketing organization.

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Science, Healthcare Analytics (Payor or Provider), or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience mining data as a data analyst.
• Proven analytical skills that include mining, evaluating, analyzing, and visualizing data.
• Strong Excel skills with proven experience with Tableau.
• Experience utilizing an EMR such as Epic, Healthgrades, NRC, Advisory Board Claims/Optum, Datorama, CRM, Google Analytics or equivalent sources of data.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and APIs.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry.
