responsibilities:

Scope: Candidates will drive the flow of work in an Agile environment from product idea through design-build-test-operate for complex customer focused, business critical applications that use a range of cutting-edge technologies by deploying excellent program management techniques.

  • Lead Scrum team to ensure Quality, Stability and Efficiency of releases.
  • Drive team daily stand-up meetings, planning and review sessions
  • Utilize team velocity and projected goals to detect risks on committed deliverables
  • Lead establishing metrics in conjunction with the program stakeholders to ensure appropriate measures for success are in place and managed to
  • Proficient in processing and analyzing large amounts of data to support planning efforts
  • Knowledge of budgeting, finance and accounting principles including establishing associated program metrics
  • Optimize life cycle for project needs for both PDLC & SDLC
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, system analysis or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of demonstrated project management experience, including 5+ years managing enterprise projects
  • 8+ years of management experience of influencing large cross-functional/cross-regional teams on major organizational projects
  • 5+ years of experience managing programs with more than $50M budget, considered highly complex, and often are long in duration with multiple implementations
  • 5+ years of experience with agile methodology
