Remote Opportunity but must be located in Central or Eastern time zone.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6-10 years of project management
- Medicare Advantage knowledge and experience
- Proven experience as a senior project manager or program manager
- Superb communication, project management, organizational, strategic, and analytical skills
- Proven expertise using project management methods
- Familiar with the systems scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team
- Excellent workgroup management skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good facilitation and relationship management skills
- PMP certification highly preferred (will be required within 18 months from date of hire)
- 20% travel possible
- Leads and directs high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration
- Assembles project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedule to ensure timely completion of projects and meeting deadlines of projects
- Communicates with management regarding status of specific projects
