ABOUT THIS POSITION Waystar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Salesforce Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Senior

Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing

and maintaining our Salesforce environment alongside our dedicated team

of Salesforce experts, including designing, configuring, testing, and

implementing new features and functionalities to meet our growing

business's needs. You will also provide front-end technical support to

our users, ensuring that our Salesforce platform is always running

smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a strong

understanding of Salesforce administration, experience with Salesforce

flow automation , and the ability to work collaboratively with various

departments within the organization. If you are a self-starter,

Manage day-to-day internal support and enhancement requests submitted to

the Salesforce team. Work with internal partners to understand the

unique challenges facing our business and create/evaluate ideas to meet

those needs and improve business processes utilizing the Salesforce

environment. Translate business goals and end user needs into

Salesforce product strategy and requirements. Manage stakeholder

expectations to execute on Salesforce product strategy; provide

education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible

benefits and executive sponsorship. Design and configure declarative

solutions to meet business requirements and product strategy. Lead

and mentor junior team members on providing a consultative approach to

supporting our business needs and delivering on smaller initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience

Certifications: Salesforce Administration Certification required;

Advanced Administrator Certification is a plus Education: Bachelor's

Degree or equivalent experience / education Salesforce

Administration: Have a deep understanding of Salesforce administration

and configuration, including user management, security, flow automation,

and data management. Salesforce Lightning: Have experience with

Salesforce Lightning, including creating Lightning pages, components,

and apps. Problem Solving: Strong aptitude to troubleshoot issues,

identify root causes and provide effective solutions. Business

Analysis: Ability to analyze and understand business processes and

identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to

effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the

organization. Project Management/SDLC: Leverage agile methodology &

project management skills to manage and prioritize tasks to meet

timelines and deliverables ABOUT THE TEAM The Engineering + Product
