The role will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of all SEC Financial Reporting requirements.
What Would You Do? The Specifics.Actively supports SEC reporting including the preparation of Quarterly and Annual SEC (10-Q & 10-K) filings.Assists with annual external audit including preparing assigned schedules for the annual and quarterly interim auditor reviews.Maintains and develops reports supporting certain amounts disclosed external in MD&A and Financial Statement Footnotes.Participates in the preparation, review, and analysis of consolidated financial statements.Assists with other regulatory reporting requirements as needed.Assists in the preparation and review of quarterly earnings release tables, press releases and scripts to ensure that information reported is accurate and in accordance with GAAP.Assists in the adoption of new accounting pronouncements by the FASB and SEC to determine the impact on the Company.Performs and applies technical accounting research for arising issues.Executes assigned financial reporting controls as designed ensuring operating effectiveness for SOX compliance.
