Sr. Security Scrum Master

Pay: $75-95/hour W2 Candidates only, C2C is not possible under any circumstances for this client. 100% remote role, must be willing to work Eastern Time hours. Manager Notes

• Must have: Executive level reporting, program management, senior scrum master, experience of scaled agile framework - SAFe.
• Very Nice to have: infosec encryption and cryptography.

• Cross-functional collaboration & integration with multiple IS teams/IS ART, IS Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Kanban Leaders, SYF-wide IT ecosystem of SAFe & Agile initiatives, & IT PMO - to ensure effective delivery, oversight & transparency for relentless improvement in productivity, flow & quality. Skilled in operating within the context of a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART).
• Understands that a shared vision & direction is responsible for delivering solution outcomes & assists Product Owners, Release Train Engineer, Agile teams and IS management in this respect.
• Well versed in all Scrum/SAFe ceremonies: Daily Standups, Backlog maintenance and Grooming, Sprint Planning and Review, Release Planning, Demos & Retrospectives, Scrum-of-Scrums, Inspect and Adapt event, and PI Planning.

• Scrum Master with minimum of 5 years of experience of successful product/services delivery within Fortune 200 Information Security domain
• Certified in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe): SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience of working as a SAFe Scrum Master - within an Agile Release Train (ART)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience of working with Atlassian tools JIRA and Confluence
• Mandatory: must have been a Scrum Master for AWS Cloud team
• Conversant with other cloud technologies such as Azure
• Experience with Security Architecture
• Experience with conducting and facilitating technology proof of concepts
• Any AWS certifications are nice to have
