About the Role:

Make an impact on both business and technology operations while delivering ServiceNow features to our customer . This candidate must have experience with ServiceNow, ITOM (IT Operations Management), web-based applications and technologies, possess strong communication skills, and have the desire to learn the general operations of a global organization.

As a Sr. Systems Administrator you will be responsible for
  • Candidates should be experienced in some or all the following ITOM applications: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, SAM, and Orchestration
  • ITOM developer experience in some or all ITOM application areas (Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, Event Management, Orchestration)
  • Provide ServiceNow Administration and Functional/Development Support to users across the Organization
  • Perform day to day support, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow Discovery

Basic Qualifications: -
  • Experience with ServiceNow and ITOM configuration management database (CMDB) services in an enterprise production environment
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow fundamentals, including the ServiceNow Adaptive Implementation Framework (SAIF), ServiceNow Implementation Methodology (SIM), or ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including leveraging EC2, EBS, S3, RDS, and Cloud formation services in an enterprise production environment
  • Knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, LDAP, Single-Sign-on, authentication, user and group policy objects, and permission levels
  • Knowledge of UNIX or Linux Server administration, including user permission levels, SUDO virtualization, including VMware, containerization, and Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
  • Knowledge of the Agile methodology and software development
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, including PowerShell or Bash
  • BA or BS degree required
  • ServiceNow System Admin certification (admin or higher)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow and ITIL processes
  • Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issue
