Under general direction of Managing Director, plan and manage activities
of the IP (In Panel) Maintenance Team; Analyze customer's manufacturing
process and service needs to formulate project task lists of the IP
Maintenance Team and assign tasks among team members; Supervise and
manage development of new operation process of the IP lines and prepare
documentation of processes; Manage and supervise maintenance of IP Lines
and test-run process to ensure compliance with the customer's
standards; Manage and supervise IP maintenance projects and assign
tasks, including precision diagnostic equipment testing, root cause
analysis, quality analysis, and customization of IP production lines;
Manage and supervise diagnosis and analysis of IP line equipment
problems, such as finished surface quality, causes of downtime, and
overall IP line performance and capability, and prepare quality reports
and repair plans; Schedule equipment maintenance and repair; Consult
with customer companies' engineers and technicians regarding proper
operation of the IP production lines and provide technical expertise and
trainings for troubleshooting and optimal use and maintenance; Train and
supervise newly hired subordinate engineers and technicians; and Monitor
and evaluate performance of subordinate staff, and recommend personnel
actions to the Managing Director.The position requires 2 years of
experience as Maintenance Engineer, leading inspection and maintenance
of assembly lines and motorized manufacturing equipment.
