Amazon Fresh Private Brands (AFPB) is looking for a talented, driven and highly analytical leader with proven experience to drive process improvements and thought leadership in supply chain planning. You will join a high-powered, fun & collaborative work environment on the private brands team where you will help build and scale our business within both physical stores and online channels.Key job responsibilitiesThe Supply Chain Manager, AFPB will be responsible for leading strategies to maximize customer experience, sales, margin and turns, as well as minimize risk of shrink. This role will have responsibility for Non-Food categories and work on programs with our Core/.COM team. You will use data to influence others and build scalable systems & processes, rather than just addressing single issues. You will play a critical role in delivering the optimal customer experience by ensuring we have the right product quantities, in the right places, at the right time. To achieve this mission, you will work to continuously optimize our end-to-end supply chain with a focus on inventory health and strong execution of exceptional demand events (e.g. new item launches; promotional events; seasonal programs; and discontinuations).This role has an expectation of 3+ days in-office each week.A day in the lifeThe successful candidate must be highly organized and possess strong analytical and process design capabilities. They are able to self-manage competing priorities, driving both strategic and tactical activities and parallel, and possess effective written and verbal communication skills. Qualified candidates will have knowledge in fundamental business principles and previous relevant experience. The ideal candidate is able to lead and influence both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment while maintaining a customer-centric philosophy.Basic Qualifications

3+ years of with Excel experience

4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience

Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control

Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
