- 3+ years of Systems and Network Administration in an Enterprise environment
- Experience supporting Windows, Linux and Unix Operating Systems/Servers
- Demonstrated Troubleshooting skills and solid approach to resolution
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise Active Directory/LDAP environments.
- Experience with ticketing systems, incident management processes and monitoring systems
- Excellent Analytical, communication and customer service skills
- Aptitude and desire to learn and grow technical skills in a team environment
- Powershell Scripting
