Organizational Structure and Impact: Assist in project efforts between two projects - MCA Change Effort and European Expansion. Agile team working towards functionality and enhancements and fixes respectively. The current initiatives that this resource will be impacting: MCA Change Effort - Oracle software package - enhancements and fixes to that for business needs European Expansion Project - building functionality for corp clients to do business in EU countries Team Background and Preferred Candidate History: Open to diverse industry background, financial services, payments background is a plus. Current Team: Agile team working with other agile teams, 10-15 team members, to benefit business partners and stakeholders. Candidate Technical and skills profile: Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing daily: Attend and participate in scrum meetings and daily standup Execute on agile project work in non-production environment Participate in occasional production work, as needed Education: Bachelors / Master in Computer Science or related field is required.
