Job Summary:
  • Serve as high level approver for specialized ServiceNow requests
  • Work closely with Service Technicians and Business Application & Technology staff to
  • Provide some guidance for resubmitting ServiceNow requests correctly
  • Review and update ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management inventories
  • Address and escalate ServiceNow issues affecting daily operations
  • Update Asset Management and ServiceNow inventories
  • Maintain daily inventory summaries and weekly reports in MS Teams
  • Provide status updates to Unit Manager

Qualifications:High school diploma or GED AND One year of experience, which included report writing and data collection, tabulation, computation and analysis.
