Description Active Security Clearance requiredActive CompTIA Security+ CE required As a Systems/Network Administrator you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our critical IT systems and networks. You will work closely with other IT teams to ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and networks, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.

Configure and manage network protocols and services, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols.

Monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security measures to protect sensitive data.

Install, configure, and manage system hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and security tools.

Provide technical support to users and resolve system-related issues.

Document system configurations and procedures.

Stay up-to-date with the latest system and network technologies and trends.

Comply with all security regulations and requirements, including maintaining an active security clearance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in systems and network administration.

Active Security Clearance required.

CompTIA Security+ CE certification required.

Strong understanding of system architecture, hardware, and software.

Experience with virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, and automation tools.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications in systems engineering (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, VCP) are a plus.
