The Talent Acquisition Business Partner supports HR, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers to identify and recruit top talent for Sales, Corporate Functions such as Marketing, Finance, HR, as well as Distribution Operations.    This position is responsible for the design and implementation of hiring strategies that align with the company's goals and culture. They focus on sourcing top talent, employer branding, and optimizing the recruitment process.Proactively source active and passive candidates via multiple recruitment channels while ensuring positive candidate experience and communicating our company culture and valuesConduct pre-screen interviews/initial interviews and provide summarized results to hiring managersBuild strong relationships with hiring managers through a dedicated focus on client service and deliveryDraft and review job descriptions, create job requisitions, and post job on various job board platforms including the primary platform, SmartRecruitersFacilitate all Talent Acquisition reporting to include but not limited to costs, time to fill, first pass yield, and AAP reportingWork with Functional Directors and Hiring Mangers to manage Internship programLiaison between Freud/Diablo and Bosch corporate regarding ongoing system updates; become the system Subject Matter Expert, and relay this information to applicable internal team members
