You will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent to support our company's growth and success by collaborating with hiring managers, People &Organization business partners, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, design effective recruiting strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from requisition initiation to development and execution of the sourcing strategy, to facilitate the candidate selection process, closing, and pre-boarding.
Use multiple creative techniques to proactively identify and attract passive talent through various tactics such as (but not limited to) networking, social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, job postings, events, and targeted recruitment marketing.
Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the right fit for the role and the company culture.
Serve as the primary POC for candidates as they advance throughout the hiring lifecycle to create outstanding candidate experiences. You will also advise hiring stakeholders regarding their role in creating a great candidate experience.
Create rapid feedback loops with hiring stakeholders to ensure they’re aware of progress and engaged in recalibration when necessary.
Ensure adherence to Siemens talent acquisition policies, systems, and procedures and compliance with governmental regulations and legislation.
Build robust partnerships with Business Unit leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to deeply understand business goals and job specifications.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
7+ years experience working as a recruiter in a corporate environment
3+ years recruiting manufacturing talent
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
5+ years working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
Experience with Avature (ATS/CRM) and Montage/Modern Hire digital interviewing platforms is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Strong track record of successfully sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for diverse positions.
Proven ability to manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The pay range for this position is $88,300 - $151,400 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
