Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Ensure all tickets/inquiries are achieved within SLA and in accordance with customer expectations.
  • Define, revise, and maintain processes and procedures in the Knowledgebase to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Use your data analytics skills to analyze the automated business processes of our clients and identify and eliminate potential "troublemakers" before they become problems
  • Technically extend, improve, and customize automation solutions while maintaining close and regular contact to our clients
  • Coordinate operations and maintenance activities for large client accounts, recognize opportunities for improvements to procedures by pro-actively offering ideas and solutions.
  • Test and optimize the software design, code, and reusability of our automation artifacts
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the Managed Services function by sharing knowledge, experience and expertise with your team and peers. Identify training opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure team is available to meet client demands.
  • Mentor and advise our clients' developers by providing technical coaching or training sessions.
  • Provide an escalation level for problem support, management, resolution and communication as appropriate.
  • Focus on continuous improvement by applying and further developing best practices for automation solutions
  • Hold the Managed Services team accountable to achieve team and corporate goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience in programming IT solutions, preferably with .NET, C#, VBA, Java, PowerShell or Python
  • 5+ years of technical service delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and social competence for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with leadership, peers, direct reports and customers.
  • You are a proactive team player with a high willingness to learn, who takes responsibility for yourself and your team. Organization skills are a must.
  • Excellent understanding of customer processes and willingness to bring forward ideas for improvement
  • Enthusiasm for new automation and digitization topics, such as Al, RPA and IDP
  • High performer who is recognized as a role model in their current role
  • Able to deal with challenging customer and staffing issues in a professional and supportive manner and to see these through to resolution
  • Fluent in English

Skills that are big plus:

  • University or equivalent degree (B.S. or M.S.) in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering or related technical field.
  • Experience with automation technologies (RPA, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, etc.) of great advantage.
  • Experience with Databases, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Experience in process consulting.
  • Additional language skills than the ones listed above.
