Siemens here: www.siemens.com/careers/digitalmindsPosition Overview – Technical Account ManagerEngage with MajorAccounts to gather business and technical requirements, determine businessneeds and architect appropriate solutions within the Product LifecycleManagement domain focused on Digitalization of the customers enterprise
Work with AccountOrchestrators to develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expandSiemens solutions with Major Accounts and communicate these plans to anddevelop support from critical stake holders in the Siemens organization
Lead technical campaignscoordinating Siemens and partnering resources to win new business including thedevelopment and delivery of presentations, demonstrations, proof of concepts,proposals, as well as conduct business, technology and status reviews
Oversee technicalresources in the delivery of Siemens solutions to ensure successful clientadoption setting the stage for future business expansion
Responsibilities:Establish and build atrusted advisor relationship from both a business and technical perspectivewith major accounts, sales executives, and technical resources
Develop a keenunderstanding of the customer’s specific business and technical drivers andmajor initiatives
Document the customer’sbusiness structure and product lifecycle processes
Gather and advise thecustomer in the definition of high-level business and technical requirements inthe areas of product development, manufacturing and support
Provide guidance on thetechnical capabilities and business value of their current and proposed Siemenssolutions
Develop a stronghigh-level knowledge of the entire breadth of Siemens' digital enterpriseproduct design and manufacturing portfolio
Support account managersand pre-sales resources in defining and executing on sales opportunities
Lead the team responseto client requests for information (RFI, etc.), proposals (RFP, RFQ, etc.),demonstrations and proof of concept evaluations
Oversee and guide thecustomer in the implementation of appropriate Siemens solutions
Setup and coordinateregular client technical and management review boards
Manage customertechnical queries and coordinate the resources that respond
Record and distributeresults of client meetings and subsequent agreements
Maintain a dashboard ofall active customer opportunities with status, effort, maturity, selectioncriteria, business case maturity, etc.
Document and share bestpractices and customer success stories across the organization
Minimum Requirements:Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized
for employment in the United States. Qualified Applicants will not require
employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in
the United States.Must currently beresiding in the continental USA.
Understanding andexperience in working with Data Management in the Medical Devices and/orLifesciences industry
5+ years of designand/or manufacturing methods and processes.
5+ years of new productintroduction, technical consulting or support experience in PLM (ProductLifecycle Management), which includes performing proof of concepts, definingrequirements and scope deployment, as well as being part of the selectionprocess.
Must have been a Lead inthe deployment, along with above mentioned hands-on responsibilities.
Must have recentexperience leading and managing teams of technical and business consultantsfrom within, and outside of their formal organization
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience:
ISO 14971, ISO 13485 and
CFR Title 21 Part 11 compliance
Submissions to regional

Consulting experience in
Medical Device Development
Experience in Clinical
Trials is preferredExperience in the newproduct introduction (NPI) process deploying complex products to manufacturingand successful medical device commercialization
Understanding insoftware development practices and Internet of Things
BS/BA in a technicalfield, or manufacturing-related discipline
MS/MBA in related field
Proven record of abilityto present technology solutions in front of groups while incorporating specificselling techniques.
Proven record of abilityto generate, present and defend business value justification in front of groupswhile incorporating specific selling techniques.
