- Collaborating with client end-users, programmers, test analysts, product owner, and developers
- Analyzing business requests to be solved with automated systems
- Formulating and designing automated systems scope and objectives
- Providing expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements and are within stated sizing estimates
- Analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into proper system requirement specifications
- Assisting with the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of systems
- Assisting with the identification, definition, and documentation of business specifications
- Analyzing basic problems and issues and offering standard business solutions
- Tracking and learning to document changes for functional and business specifications; writing detailed, universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training
- Testing and learning to analyze possible courses of action and solutions
- 1 - 2+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Working experience with end-users to meet business needs
- Experience / knowledge in working with API's
- Experience with writing User Stories and doing some automation testing / test cases
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
