POSITION Technical Delivery Manager Remote in EST time zone Long Term Contract aria-hidden="true" Job Duties/Essential Functions With Engineering team: Architecture designs for mobile app aria-hidden="true" Create engineering best practices for mobile apps aria-hidden="true" PR reviews for complex changes to app functionality aria-hidden="true" Engineering discovery for future features aria-hidden="true" Help scrum teams define scope of work in backlog refinements and sprint planning aria-hidden="true" Manage merging changes from the sprint work to the release version of the app aria-hidden="true" Manage app releases to the app stores aria-hidden="true" Troubleshoot high priority defects for the mobile app so that they can be resolved quickly aria-hidden="true" Assist developers who are struggling to complete their stories each sprint aria-hidden="true" Help bridge communication between offshore and onshore aria-hidden="true" Present offshore work during sprint demos aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" With Product team: aria-hidden="true" Provide technical leadership and guidance for product discovery and strategy for the app future features aria-hidden="true" Brainstorm ideas of ways to make the app experience better for the end user aria-hidden="true" Give feedback on the technical feasibility of product features and ideas aria-hidden="true" Seek out available technology that can improve the app value and experience aria-hidden="true" Create internal release notes for each app release aria-hidden="true" Help create an app release plan for each app release aria-hidden="true" Review app functionality to explain changes to analytics outcomes after releases aria-hidden="true" Answer technical questions from other product teams about the state of their product in the mobile app aria-hidden="true" Help troubleshoot app features and guide strategies for creating better user experiences aria-hidden="true" Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications 10+ years of experience with software development, working with a blended team structure including onshore-offshore model aria-hidden="true" Currently working on Project/team management with Agile and technical solution, still hands on Coding Development languages and frameworks: Flutter, React native, IOS/Android programming. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines Excellent communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Agile experience
