Ability to define an MVP product feature.Ability to propose a complete production roll out strategy with the phased approach and integrate it with the existing BAU process seamlessly.Collaborates with several team stakeholders (Business Partner, Client Implementation, BAU Technical team) and convinces them for the proposed production roll out strategy plan.Having constant communication with the business stakeholders in different geographic areas and ability to manage the expectations and risk for the product feature delivery. Ensures that stakeholders and his/her senior leadership are kept informed.Ability to clear the bottlenecks from the product feature requirements by providing alternative / comprisable solutions acceptable to the business.Leads several structured meetings on a regular basis and in a timely manner with the business stakeholders and internal team.Ability to run the product development using Agile methodology have "Design not colliding with the "Development.Produces, reviews, and interprets metrics and reports regularly and comes up with new suggestions or strategies to improve the business features of the application.Facilitates product concept and requirements workshops with clients and internal development teams in pursuit of product requirements, objectives, and architecture decisions. Facilitates process mapping, gap analysis, and data flow to help assess business implications of features.Documents workshop results in a format suitable for consumption by all audiences, including interactive review and feedback from clients and internal parties. Answer questions during the workshop, add points of clarification and complete any necessary follow-up action items.For assigned products, collaborates with product delivery and technology architecture to validate detailed design, particularly to ensure that product objectives and key requirements are met and aligned with the market needs and business unit strategy.Provides design direction, testing support, and general assistance to delivery team, as needed, during the execution phase of product development consisting of complex scopesAbility to perform deep analysis by utilizing "out of the box thinking and available resources and come up with clear and comprehensive product feature requirements. Writes up full specifications for the proposed changes. Lead and collaborate with key team members for a brainstorming session.Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the different customers of the feature and applies this in developing proposals and executing changes.Able to brief the design team on the UX needs of the feature. Iteratively works with designers to reach the expected outcome.Develops comprehensive business cases requiring analytical skills to assimilate complex data and concepts for new product functionality to serve as inputs to decision-making, prioritization, pricing, and client value proposition.Follows a structured, repeatable process for conducting market research to include industry publications, analyst research, experiential research, client surveys, etc. Develops and maintains a strategic planning approach for summarizing and communicating the results of aggregate research. What Are We Looking for in This Role? Minimum QualificationsRelevant Experience or Degree in: Business or Computer Science; Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degreeMinimum 8 Years Relevant Experience working in Software Engineering Product Development teamHas successfully developed and implemented a system, product/service or feature for a customer, evaluated its performance, and proposed and executed approaches to continually improve it.Has demonstrated the ability to prioritize feature changes effectively, in consideration of the product roadmap.Experience as being a Product Owner or a Business Analyst.Experience in designing a RESTful API, Web based applications.Has a strong "Design Thinking, logical mindset, problem solving, creative thinking, proactive, self-starter, curiosity, and critical thinking skills focusing on good UX/customer experience.Has done sketching and rough design based on business requirements or ideas and placed it into something visible (diagrams or notes) for the UI/UX and development team to follow. Preferred QualificationsHas demonstrated a broad understanding of various software development approaches, including waterfall, agile, scrum, Kanban.Prior experience in UI/UX designing and wireframing using any of the diagramming tools such as draw.io , sketch, figma, mockplus, etc.Prior experience in designing and delivering a SAAS based web application or mobile application.Prior experience in modernizing a legacy application with minimal available resources but yet able to deliver the modernized application in a timely manner and meet the business expectations.Understanding of the Cloud Computing environment such as AWSPrior experience in troubleshooting issues on the Web page application or APIsUnderstanding REST API Standard, Swagger, W3C HTML, ADA, RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL), noSQL, Messaging, etc.Prior experience of working with several automation testing tools such as Cypress.io, Newman, Postman, etc. Thanks & RegardsAshish SinghDelivery Manager
