Technical Program Manager Description:Technical Program Manager for Client Authentication and Authorization team.Hybrid 1 day a week in office Summary:We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to assist the team with the creation, maintenance, and organization of technical documentation and designs. We have multiple active projects, all of them in varying degrees of completion, and our technical resources need assistance creating and maintaining technical documents, technical debt decisions, and architectural designs as the projects progress. As a valued member of the team your ability to understand, record, and maintain complex technical diagrams and documentation is critical to our success as a team. Qualifications & Skills Required1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.2. A passion for digging into complex systems and understanding them holistically.3. Experience diagramming technical systems in software like Visio, OmniGraffle, or another diagramming tool.4. Familiarity with UML, or comparable design standard, knowledge of the C4 Model is a plus5. Strong organizational skills. Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:- Ability to work independently, proactively and possess a keen sense of accountability/ownership Identify interdependencies of various systems within and across projects- Experienced in IT Project Management.
