- Perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines
- Develop and adhere to project plans, including an effective communication plan and production implementation plan
- Gather requirements related to the technical solution as well as integration of third-party applications and systems
- Investigate and determine best practices for selection of integration method, business rules, and policies
- Able execute projects well and sustain complex IT applications using well-known SDLC methodologies like iterative method, Agile, etc.
- A senior Technical Project Manager with experience working in a large Financial Services organization or Services Industry
- Understanding of large-scale Java technology solutions; you have a technical background
- Experienced in executing at least 4-5 large programs with distributed stakeholders
- Skilled in managing a large team of developers
- Experienced with Agile, Kanban, etc.
- Understanding of Release Management, SDLC, CI/CD, etc.
