KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and deliver technical training programs for employees and customers

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training materials

Conduct training sessions and workshops both in-person and virtually

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure training materials are current and relevant

Up to 25% travel

Proven experience as a technical training instructor or similar role

Strong knowledge of technical concepts and principles

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs

Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies

Familiarity with Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS)
