- Successfully executing and balancing multiple projects and tasks
- Comfortable working with UX, Product and SEO teams
- Manage assets and images within Adobe Digital Asset Manager, create experience fragments, develop workflows, provide authoring documentation as needed and provide training for peers and authors
- Assist in gathering requirements and assessing content authoring needs of a given project
- Provide strategic content recommendations and writing/editing support for product managers and business lines, and other content stakeholders
- Work with development and other internal team members on project implementation and launch activities, including stand-up meetings, defect resolution, acceptance testing, etc.
- Migrating copy and media into AEM templates and components and configuring
- Performing browser and device compatibility testing for authored pages
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently when necessary
- 1+ years experience authoring pages in a CMS, preferably AEM
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Understanding of cross browser/device requirements and testing
- Strong eye for detail
- Some knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with personalization using Adobe Target a plus
- Prior CX, UX and design production experience a plus
- Experience with Framemaker driven documentation sites
