Description Technical Writer/SOP SpecialistLeader in providing clear and effective communication solutions. We are seeking a Technical Writer/SOP Specialist to develop and manage brand standards for in-store signage and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Role Overview: You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to create, document, and maintain guidelines ensuring consistency and quality in signage designs. You will also oversee internal standards and ensure compliance throughout all project phases.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain documentation for signage standards and SOPs.

Translate complex information into clear, engaging content.

Maintain a detailed database of reference materials.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and document information.

Create and deliver training on procedures and standards.

Manage multiple projects effectively, meeting deadlines and objectives.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of technical writing experience.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to quickly grasp complex subjects and produce user-friendly content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in documentation and procedure manuals.
