Test Automation Lead Analyst This position is responsible for taking lead in Test Automation, will work with our Business Partners and Test Automation vendor in developing, executing, and troubleshooting test automation plans. The candidate should be well versed in Quality Assurance and have experience with TOSCA (Preferred), UFT (Unified Functional Testing) and Selenium test automation tools. Job Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science/MIS/Engineering or related degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of manual QA Experience
- 3 to 5 years of Automated QA Experience
- 3 to 5 Agile Methodology Experience - Scrum/Kanban environments
- TOSCA Experience preferred with TOSCA AS1 and AS2 certifications
- TOSCA Test Data Management / Test Data Services experience
- Understanding of TOSCA Custom Modules
- UFT and/or Selenium framework experience
- Experience with qTest, Quality Center and HP Application Lifecycle Management
- Proficient in object identification techniques (Relative XPaths, dynamic elements)
- Understanding impacts of brittle object identification
- How and why to use Relative XPaths vs Full Xpath
- Proficient in work management tools (Agility, Jira)
- Tool integration experience (qTest to TOSCA, qTest to Agility/Jira)
- DevOp tool experience (Azure, Jenkins)
- Experience with the following programming languages (VB, C#, Python, Regex, PowerShell, APIs, HTML, SQL)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, competitive information technology organization, spanning various disciplines including applications, infrastructure, and business support roles
