We are in Critical need of Transition Manager for Fulltime Hire in Atlanta, GA .Note : This will be an remote opportunity till Pandemic Role : Transition ManagerLocation : Atlanta, GA Duration : FTE HireJob Description : Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS• Experience in leading knowledge transition for a large group of applications (100+) in Agile model• Establish KT governance• Measure KT effectiveness• Take necessary actions to keep transition progress, collaborate with client/vendor stakeholders to remove any impediments• Run playback sessions, ensure all KT deliverables are reviewed and delivered in time• Plan detailed KT sessions, schedule meetings and co-ordination and facilitation• Gauge transition progress, run transitioning governance calls• Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment• Exceptional customer-facing skills• Strong organizational skills• Capacity to train and guide junior team members• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently• Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude towards support needs.• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsRoles & Responsibilities• Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope• Identify and implement improvement opportunities in people/processes/Tools including automations• Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for the project• Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring• Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
