KSI Auto parts is seeking a Transportation Supervisor that will be responsible for overseeing the night shift Transfer operations.The role will  require management efforts to ensure on-time execution, fleet maintenance and communications with driving team and other departments as needed.Position is Sunday-Thursday 6pm-3amLead a team of 15 drivers through any challenges that occur on shift.Supervise all aspects of the KSI fleet, including driver, fleet and compliance management.Liaison with operations team to ensure fleet meets operations KPIsMaintains strict compliance with DOT and FMCSA rules and regulationsVerify and maintain HOS and DVIR program for the KSI fleet.Communicates with management on service or performance issues.Travel for training of new employees Responsible for administrative functions such as timecards, vacation approvals, and conducting performance reviews.Perform other duties as assigned
