WHAT YOU'LL DO The UX Coordinator supports BCG's evolving and fast-paced digital marketing program with a focus on understanding and engaging users on BCG.com and other marketing channels. They will collaborate with other members of the user experience and digital marketing team to conduct research, design UI elements and support projects to enhance BCG's digital presence through bcg.com and other digital properties with the goal of creating engaging experiences for our audience(s). The UX Coordinator will provide insights and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams on various projects and initiatives. They will have the opportunity to be both creative and analytical as the work will be mix of ideation, design, research, and analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducting user research and analysis including user testing, competitive analysis, secondary research, interviews; delivering research reports, personas, user journeys, user flows, and more
  • Identifying patterns in user behavior and translating findings into strategic business recommendations Practice design thinking and integrate user research and insights into potential and actual design deliverables
  • Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes, through facilitation and hands-on work in Figma, Miro board, and/or Adobe Illustrator
  • Adhere to and incorporate brand and visual guidelines as applicable
  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams and with stakeholders across the firm; provide user experience perspective and recommendations on variety of projects and initiatives

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Education or Certifications
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Certification in UX preferred
Work Experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience; experience in digital marketing, user experience, and design critical
  • Prior experience working for a global organization a plus
Design & Technical Skills
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics and ContentSquare a plus)
  • Experience designing for UX, UI, and interaction; familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Figma, InVision
  • Experience with usability testing and interest in user testing
  • Experience with digital product development
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies such as content publishing and SEO
Language Skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) - other language skills would be beneficial
Global Experience
  • Experience working across cultures and geographies preferred
