Company DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President, Client Services lead to support our client management function across media engagements. This role requires a strong background in digital media, with specific expertise in SEM and Social. Ideal candidates will bring a deep understanding of how different digital marketing channels and marketing stacks integrate to solve client problems. You will be responsible for facilitating cross-functional teams to execute efficiently on core strategies that drive client success. Prior experience in the automotive vertical is preferred, though not required.Key Responsibilities :

Client Leadership : Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level client relationships and agency partners, ensuring consistent delivery of results aligned with client strategies & key objectives

Team Facilitation : Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional teams, including planning, digital media operations, analytics and accounting to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables

Strategic Oversight : Understand and align client business objectives with media strategies, providing oversight and guidance to ensure campaign execution meets strategic goals.

Marketing Stack Integration : Bring an understanding of how marketing stacks work together across channels to solve complex client challenges and improve overall marketing performance.

Agency Collaboration

Ensure that internal teams including campaign operations and analytics are collaborating effectively and that all efforts are aligned to drive business results for clients.

Serve as a lead point of contact facilitating streamlined & concise communication across internal teams and across sister agency leads

Leadership & Development : Lead and mentor account management teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Client Growth & Retention : Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and ensure long-term client partnerships.

Problem Solving : Anticipate and address any challenges in the execution of strategies, keeping the focus on client satisfaction and optimal project outcomes.

Qualifications :

10+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field, with a focus on digital media.

Proven experience in SEM, Social Media, and other digital advertising channels, with an ability to facilitate teams rather than directly overseeing strategies.

Experience working within marketing stacks and understanding how their integration can solve client problems.

Previous agency experience, preferably with exposure to the automotive industry.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex media solutions in a clear, compelling manner.

A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to success in large, multi-faceted accounts.

Experience managing client relationships with significant budgets, exceeding $5M annually.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
