The bank is committed to its local communities by supporting organizations that provide financial literacy and job training, small business support, affordable housing, and more.JOB SUMMARY:The VP, HOA Account Servicing Manager is responsible for HOA Account Servicing team performance, goals and overall business success. Provides direction, leadership and motivation to ensure thatthe HOA Account Servicing Team and Quality Assurance team achieve client service and operational goals.Responsibilities

Oversee a team of direct HOA Account Servicing Analysts, Specialists and Quality Control Analysts and Specialists.

Is subject matter expert (SME) in Customer Information Profile (CIP)/Customer Due Diligence (CDD)set metrics; provide leadership feedback to improve team performance.

Perform complex documentation review for accuracy and quality.

Oversee the account servicing and transactions of new accounts to include set-up, callback review, signature, account closures and any activities related to HOA account servicing.

Communicate regularly with HOA Account Servicing Specialists and Analyst to ensure consistency/quality of processes.

Interact with business partners including Relationship Manager Team Leads and other managers by partnering with them to make business decisions/exceptions with minimal risk to the Bank.

Perform various types of maintenance including but not limited to, Change of Address, Name Changes, account type changes, and all other Customer and account level changes.

Interact and assist with BSA quarterly reviews/audits.

Generate and maintain documentation waiver file and deficiency report.

Hold team meetings and direct report 1:1’s.

Assist with other projects within Homeowners Association Services as requested.

Work directly with internal audit and BSA by assisting in answering questions, researching documentation and/or data they are unable to locate.

Involved with interviewing and hiring decisions.

Prepare and deliver employee performance evaluations, goal planning, and counselings.

Manage, support, coach and train staff.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required: 6-8 years management experience working in a commercial bank

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
