for administering company benefits, compensation, HRIS, employee
relations, and hiring and onboarding. Other duties include review and
approval of job requisitions, FMLA policy, maintain and update policies
as needed, employee training, succession planning, employee annual
evaluation process, identify and manage training requirements. Manage
multiple sites.Required Experience/Skills:Six plus years in Human
ResourcesManagement ExperienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent
