A successful Product Lead owns the product strategy and establishes the overall product culture within their verticalThey work closely with the SVP Product,Chief Product Officer and their peers to align their vertical product strategy with the broader company goals.  They work with their Product team within the boutique fitness vertical to ensure the brand roadmaps reflect the vertical product strategy and that delivery will positively drive towards quarterly and annual metrics for the vertical.  They are acutely aware of the metrics their product teams are aiming to influence and how those metrics support the broader Xplor business.  This person maintains key internal relationships with market leads, operations leads, and sales leads to ensure communication and alignment are established.  A successful Product Lead maintains relationships with key clients and has regular check-ins with them to understand how the market and their business is evolving.  They have developed a keen understanding of the fitness industry, the trends, the key players, and specifically their core competitors. Additionally they should be focused on establishing a strong product team, product culture, and ensuring the continuous development of their product peers.  They should ensure product delivery through the product culture they have created.  Vision and Strategy  Formulates the vision for the boutique fitness product suite and spearheads product strategy formation.  Oversees the evolution of the Mariana Tek product by looking at the market, our products, their functionality and what customers and consumers expect in order to deliver what is needed now and have a plan on how products will evolve and shape into the future.  Ensures stakeholders in the marketing and development teams also share a clear vision of the sub-vertical product roadmap and strategy and know what and how they need to deliver to achieve product and commercial objectives.  Drives effective sub-vertical product planning and execution by understanding what makes a successful product in today’s competitive market: identifies target customer segments and markets, evaluates market trends, the industry at large and competition strategies to inform recommendations on product pricing and positioning and product sales strategies. Provides the ‘why’ in articulating prioritization decisions around the sub-vertical product suite to ensure they appeal to the target market, are what customers want and are profitable.  The average base salary pay range for this position is $175,000 to $230,000
