  • 15+ years in SAP software services/consulting sales
  • Good understanding of SAP product suite
  • Experience with Sales in the North American market
  • Understanding of SAP Partner package solutions
  • Ability to hire solution architects in the areas of SAP Ariba, IBP, EWM, TM and Hybris
  • Ability to propose accelerator solutions for SAP products
  • Ability to set up inside and outside sales teams
  • Ability to manage junior sales resources
  • Good understanding of developing marketing material and campaigns
  • Ability to conduct services webinars
  • Ability to create presentations for the client
  • Understanding of the delivery structure and pricing
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology
  • Experience in answering SAP RFI's
