Job Description • Basic knowledge on Windows or Linux administration aria-hidden="true" • Operating system installation and Imaging aria-hidden="true" • Laptop and Desktop configuration and management aria-hidden="true" • Hands on experience on Network configurations aria-hidden="true" • Has basic experience as an administrator that has supported Windows environments in both bare metal and highly virtualized environments. aria-hidden="true" • Basic knowledge on VMWare systems administrator to implement and support the systems in the environment aria-hidden="true" • Basic understanding of the infrastructure at the network, load balancers (F5 Big IP), security, and storage layers. aria-hidden="true" • Support deployment, change management, and perform root cause analysis for service interruption issues. aria-hidden="true" • Document technical requirements and processes. aria-hidden="true" • Skill in performing routine operations tasks and their automation. Routine tasks include system monitoring, reviewing system and application logs, and production support aria-hidden="true" • Knowledge on system monitoring tools aria-hidden="true" • Excellent communication skills, be able to interpret and discuss information with both tech and non-tech decision makers aria-hidden="true" • Strong Problem-solving & Analytical skills
