Yard maintence/landscaping professional

Looking for self motivated person who is available to start working. Must embrace the physicality of working out in the Atlanta heat, having the mental and physical endurance of performing this labor job to standard. The ideal candidate will move with a sense of urgency understanding that time is money and speed and efficiency determines pay rate. Pay is reflective of your skill level and how fast and efficiently you work and well as your managerial skills of problem solving, communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Natural ability to lead, motivate and teach others to work in compliance with company standards and policies.

Have ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule.

Have flexibility to unexpected changes and meeting times.

Ability to work efficiently, with high quality standards.

Knowledge of all lawn care equipment

Must have reliable transportation

Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading others.

must have reliable phone to communicate. Texting will be the primary way of communicating

Independent Contractor:

Requires the most experience and expertise, with the least amount of supervision and highest pay potential.

Must have your own truck, equipment.

Will require at least a month working together to earn the trust to work independently with our accounts.

Must be able to take good before after photos of your work.

Crew Member:

Past experience is a plus (but not required, willing to train the right person).

Work with other crew members and communicate clearly, while working as a team.

Must have ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule.

Enjoy working outdoors

Option to advance within the company

Must also have the ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
