Position: Accounting Assistant
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our daily operations — with a focus on Accounts Receivable and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and bill new customer accounts
Maintain and update customer records for accuracy
Monitor accounts for overdue balances and follow up as needed
Process payments, refunds, and adjustments
Resolve billing issues and customer inquiries
Cross-train and provide backup support to other team members
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all records
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
Problem-solving mindset and strong judgment
Professional, positive attitude and commitment to great customer service
