Attendant (General Cleaner), Temporary Full Time

The Attendant (General Cleaner) is responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of cleanliness in our guestrooms.What you will be doing:Clean guestrooms to include: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, daily turndown service, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenishing room supplies“Own” lobby and/or public area assigned, on a regular schedule, cleaning, spot sweeping, carpet dusting when necessary, keeping glass doors and mirrors free of fingerprints, and elevators regularly.Clean all mirrors and glasses; inside of windows; all vents in the assigned area; stock all paper supplies in restrooms and storage closets; wipe and clean all marble and tables, and dust all surfaces.Take the initiative to add a personalized experience for the guestMaintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipmentAccurately report room status reports throughout the duration of your shiftTake ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional serviceWork effectively and contribute positively to a teamKeep linen closets, supply closet, and landing organized and cleanReport damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/areasRespond professionally, politely, and efficiently to requests from guestsUse hands to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavyMaintain excellent grooming and uniform standardsRead, understand, and follow all department policies
