Bakery/Cafe Kitchen Manager

Aloha! We are Maui Cookie Lab and LunchBox Maui. We are looking for an experienced Bakery Kitchen Manager to lead our BoH. Duties include: all bakery and cafe prep and baking: cookies, cakes, ciabatta, scones, etc for our 2 brands daily. Inventory control, receiving orders, order packing and organizing for multiple outlets, some deliveries to different locations, cleanliness, communication with FoH team to fulfill all product needs. We also do special events, pubic and private. We are a growing business, and are looking for team members who want to learn and grow with the company. Must have commercial kitchen experience, be reliable, have transportation, willingness to work in a team atmosphere to get the job done in a timely manner. Position can be either PT or FT.
