Job Summary:We are seeking a friendly, service-oriented Bellhelp to join our hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests, providing prompt and courteous assistance with luggage handling, laundry/valet services, and general hotel information. The Bellhelp is expected to maintain a professional appearance, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a strong commitment to guest satisfaction while supporting the Bell Desk and other departments as needed.  Duties:Retrieve, record, and deliver luggage and guest laundry/dry cleaning. Retrieval of laundry requires bending, stooping, and lifting bags of up to 30lbs. from guest rooms on a continual basis. Answer telephone calls and inquiries from guests regarding laundry/valet service and other hotel services and facilities. Research misplaced or misdirected guests’ laundry. Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice. Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding outlet hours, other hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc. Deliver morning newspapers, mail, packages, faxes, etc. to specific guest rooms upon request. Clean and polish carts and other equipment used in the department. Answer the Bell Desk phone and provide information and assistance as needed. Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to the Security Department. Assist the Bell Desk with FIT and group luggage. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor such as assisting as Door Attendant whenever necessary.
