We are working closely with a local healthcare company that is looking for someone who wants to be an Analyst. This position will play a crucial role in analyzing data, developing insights, and supporting the decision-making process with a focus on Medicare and Medicare claims. Be the subject matter expert in Medicare and Medicare claims.

Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and other data visualization tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Conduct data validation and ensure data integrity.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and patient outcomes.

Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation (nice to have).

Qualifications:

Experience in understanding Medicare and/or Medicare Claims.

Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with SQL for data analysis is a plus!

Compensation: This position offers a salary of $60,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. Benefits: Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
