Cookies Clothing Company is currently seeking an outgoing, engaging store manager who loves women’s fashion, enjoys selling, and is eager to help customers find the perfect outfit. Candidates must be outgoing, articulate and experienced selling women’s fashion.

Cookies Clothing currently has 6 locations. We have been voted number one women’s fashion boutique in Hawaii 12 years in a row by the Star Advertiser. We pride ourselves in the latest women’s fashion at affordable prices with exemplarily customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

Oversee and manage store sales staff including hiring and training

Oversee and manage store schedules, financial reports and payroll.

In charge of store’s inventory, merchandising as well as communicating with corporate your store’s inventory needs.

Actively engage with customers.

Persuasively close sales with finesse without being high pressured

Comfort with using a POS system to enter sales

Team player skills to help restock the store and keep it clean

Ability to sell the variety of product categories we have in our stores
